They take care of the property without creating undue costs, they are responsive to your needs as an owner, and provide easy to understand statements each month. As an out-of-state landlord, they make ownership as painless and hands-off as possible.

Quick note to any potential renters. You will be pleased with the service this company provides. Any concern I have ever had with their property has been addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. They even went beyond what I thought a normal management company would do when I raised a concern over off street parking that resulted in very muddy shoes every time it rained. A load of gravel was dropped and the problem was corrected. I even spoke with the owner of the property as he leveled the rock to make a very nice and efficient parking area. Its not often that a company reacts to concerns.........and seeing the actual owner grating the rocks told me all that I need to know about how this group services their tenants needs. Renting sucks but this group has been outstanding.
