Make sure that you add a money order when you turn in the application. We cannot run the application without it.
Single Adult is $35.00
Married Couple is $40.00
Any Additional Adults is $20.00 per person
Children 17 or under is no charge on the application.
But they need to be listed on the application.
The Co-signer page Must be signed and dated on the APPLICANT LINE even if you don't need a Co-signer.
Rental Verification and Employment Verification page must be signed.
REMEMBER
We need Social Security Number and Birth Date before we can run a Credit and Background check.
Pets are NEVER permitted unless stated otherwise or approved by the Landlord.
